To consolidate locations and expand its business in Waltham, this independent eye surgery practice asked MCM to create an 8,000 sf ambulatory surgery center. Located in former office space at Massachusetts General Hospital–West, the facility includes two operating rooms, pre- and post-operative facilities, medical offices, exam rooms and a testing facility. The design provides a warm, comfortable environment to appeal to patients.
