Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory

After preparing a lengthy infrastructure study, MCM determined that the hospital could support a third cardiac catheterization lab. To prevent interruption to patients and staff and ensure effective infection control during construction, MCM proposed a creative and efficient solution: the team erected an exterior elevator to move equipment and contracting staff up to the construction site. As the result of a focused value engineering effort, MCM also succeeded in saving the client more than the fee paid to MCM.
